The BAO’s Consumer Information Guide:  A Guide to Death Care in Ontario is designed to support informed choices related to prearranging and arranging a funeral, burial or cremation service.

For bereavement sector businesses: Funeral establishments, transfer services, cemetery, crematorium and alternative disposition operators can order printed copies of this guide by completing the automated form below.

In March of 2022, the BAO introduced audio versions of its Consumer Information Guide to provide greater access to the information.
