Notice to FE-1, FE-2, TSO-1, TSO-2, and TSO-2 (Restricted) operator licensees: FINAL reminder to renew your BAO licence 

The BAO reminds Funeral Establishment and Transfer Service Operators that your Annual Licensure Renewal (ALR) is due by Monday, Jan. 15, 2024.

If you have already submitted your ALR, thank you and you may disregard this notice. 

You can see whether your site licence has been renewed by viewing your business profile on our Public Register and verifying that the Licence Expiry date is 2024/12/31. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your ALR. 

Late fee: Renewals received by email/fax or postmarked after Jan. 15th will be subject to a late fee of $244.47.  

If you are receiving this email but are no longer the manager, please contact the Licensing department right away (contact info below).
