Driven by her passion for empathetic leadership, she takes pride in providing results-driven leadership and developing innovative service solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crystal has held leadership positions in government, consulting, academia, and cultural institutions, and takes pride in building strong regulatory partnerships. Before coming to the BAO, Crystal led a team of senior policy and data analytics professionals as Manager of the Operational Policy, Business Intelligence and Strategic Planning Unit at Consumer Protection Ontario.
