En tant qu&#8217;ancien dirigeant dans le secteur de la vente au d\u00e9tail au sein de plusieurs grandes entreprises, il apporte \u00e0 la BAO une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle riche, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Levi Strauss &amp; Co., en tant que directeur des ventes au d\u00e9tail pour le Canada, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait notamment charg\u00e9 de stimuler la croissance financi\u00e8re, la productivit\u00e9 et la rentabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau de magasins de la marque, ainsi que de concevoir et d&#x27;inaugurer la premi\u00e8re boutique \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re Levi\u2019s au monde ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Golf Town Limited, en tant que vice-pr\u00e9sident des op\u00e9rations en magasin, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait responsable de l&#x27;ensemble des 48 magasins et de la plateforme de commerce \u00e9lectronique, charg\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer la rentabilit\u00e9, de veiller au respect des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance et d&#x27;\u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies d&#x27;att\u00e9nuation des risques ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walmart Canada Corp., en tant que directeur principal des op\u00e9rations centrales, o\u00f9 il a notamment contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la rentabilit\u00e9, \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les risques op\u00e9rationnels et \u00e0 mettre en place des initiatives de merchandising ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kodiak Group Inc., en tant que directeur des op\u00e9rations de vente au d\u00e9tail, o\u00f9 ses responsabilit\u00e9s comprenaient la gestion de plus de 60 points de vente, la direction des ressources humaines, l&#x27;identification d&#x27;opportunit\u00e9s immobili\u00e8res et la supervision de la construction de tous les nouveaux magasins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en administration des affaires du Seneca College et responsable du programme Havard Mentor, Michael exerce actuellement le m\u00e9tier d&#8217;agent immobilier avec son \u00e9pouse dans la r\u00e9gion du Grand Toronto. <br>P\u00e8re de deux enfants issus de son union avec sa d\u00e9funte \u00e9pouse et grand-p\u00e8re d&#8217;un petit-enfant, il a grandi \u00e0 North York et vit aujourd&#8217;hui \u00e0 Oakville avec son \u00e9pouse et ses beaux-enfants.
