She joined the BAO in July of 2023 from an Ontario nurse practitioner-led clinic, as the administrative lead, having been instrumental in its establishment in 2010. Her executive-level experience includes: financial administration; human resources; relationship management with staff, stakeholders, clients, vendors, government; and working collaboratively with boards of directors.
Aimee is a resilient leader able to generate progress behind high-impact initiatives from their inception to completion. She is recognized as a source of positivity and energy across multi-disciplinary teams, committed to the creation of wellness and compliance in strictly regulated workplaces.
She has a Master of Business Administration from Heriot Watt University – Edinburgh Business School, Scotland, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, and has a Certificate for Implementing the Guide to Good Governance, and other certifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
