The BAO\u2019s licence renewal portal is currently being updated to accommodate the provincial government\u2019s fee waiver for this renewal period. 

Licensees are still required to do their annual licensure reporting to the BAO, but without paying the licence renewal fees. Annual reports and renewal applications must be received complete and on time by the due date for each licence class. 

You will receive an email from the BAO as soon as the portal is ready. Until then, please do not use the portal.<\/u><\/strong>

Renewal fees have been waived to provide COVID-19 support to the bereavement sector as per our Oct. 30 Notice<\/a><\/strong> to you. The Oct. 30 Notice also contains the eligibility requirements. 

Notice to Managers: <\/strong>Your Annual Licensure Renewal (ALR) and Report of Prepaid Funds (RPF) forms will be coming to you very soon.
