Good afternoon: 

I am writing to advise you that the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services has posted a consultation paper on Ontario\u2019s Regulatory Registry that may be of interest to you.

The consultation paper seeks feedback to inform potential proposals for regulatory changes and non-regulatory actions to address concerns with the current cemetery care and maintenance fund and account framework under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 (FBCSA). The consultation paper also seeks feedback on a potential proposal for changes to the rules regarding licence display for bereavement service operators under the FBCSA.
