Many cemeteries do not have email addresses or contact names and phone numbers registered with the BAO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In many cases, they are small cemeteries operated by volunteers and have not connected with the BAO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We need your help, as licensees, in connecting us with as many of these cemeteries as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are collecting their contact information in order to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Update the contact information in our online public register of all Ontario cemeteries<\/li><li>Help small cemetery operators come into compliance with the <em>Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 (FBCSA) &nbsp;<\/em><\/li><li>Ensure all Ontario cemetery operators are kept up to date with Registrar\u2019s Directives, Notices, guidance and other important information from the BAO<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may deal with some of the cemeteries in your area on occasion. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/thebao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/CemeteryContactsNeeded.pdf\">review this list<\/a>, organized alphabetically by city and town names.
