This includes no setting up information booths, off-site offices or pop-ups.<br><br>The&nbsp;<em>Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002<\/em>&nbsp;prohibits:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Solicitation &#8211; See&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/laws\/statute\/02f33#BK33\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Section 29<\/a>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>the Act<\/em>&nbsp;<\/li><li>A licensee from contacting a consumer in a place other than the licensee\u2019s place of business unless the consumer expressly requests it&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 instructional videos&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/E6_cOu3RgKA\">ALR Form 1 Cemeteries, Crematoriums and AH<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 This is our second instructional video, which shows you how to fill in the required Annual Licensure Form 1 for operators of cemeteries, crematoriums and alkaline hydrolysis facilities.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/L8l7Yi4MdEk\">How To Login to the Licensing Portal<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Our first instructional video shows licensees how to login to the BAO&#8217;s licensing portal.
