This\u00a0does not\u00a0apply to cemetery staff, volunteers or operators.<br>\u00a0<br>Need help to login to the BAO portal for licence renewal? Please watch this two-minute,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/L8l7Yi4MdEk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">step by step video<\/a>\u00a0with a BAO licensing officer for clear and easy to follow instructions.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>6 hours of continuing education required<\/strong><br><strong>for Funeral and Transfer Service licensees<\/strong><br>\u00a0<br>To maintain a licence in good standing and to avoid late fees, Funeral and Transfer Service licensees must renew online\u00a0and\u00a0must complete six (6) hours of continuing education requirements before Dec. 31, 2021.
