In order to avoid delays in payment, please ensure that your submitted invoice includes the correct fee applicable at the time of the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For further information on the fees, please reference\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/laws\/regulation\/R19114\">Ontario Regulation 114\/19<\/a>\u00a0under the Coroners Act or the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thebao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/OCC-OFPS-Body-Transportation-Service-Expectations-Final-June-1-2019-1.pdf\">Service Expectations<\/a>, previously shared in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thebao.ca\/a-message-on-behalf-of-ontarios-chief-coroner-and-chief-forensic-pathologist-regulation-updating-body-transportation-fees\/\">May 29th memo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I would also like to take the opportunity to update you with two items related to invoicing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the previous issue we were experiencing with the HST calculation on the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca\/mbs\/ssb\/forms\/ssbforms.nsf\/FormDetail?OpenForm&amp;ACT=RDR&amp;TAB=PROFILE&amp;SRCH=&amp;ENV=WWE&amp;TIT=008-0149&amp;NO=008-0149E\">Invoice for Transportation of a Dead Body<\/a>&nbsp;has been fixed; and<\/li><li>the Government of Ontario requires your CRA Business Number on ALL invoices.
