{"id":669,"date":"2020-03-23T16:45:17","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T20:45:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/working.simplistics.ca\/bao\/?p=669"},"modified":"2020-09-16T15:12:34","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T19:12:34","slug":"registrars-notice-essential-workplaces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebao.ca\/stage\/registrars-notice-essential-workplaces\/","title":{"rendered":"Registrar\u2019s Notice: Essential Workplaces"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bereavement sector is on government\u2019s Essential Workplaces list<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>March 23, 2020<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tonight the Ontario government announced its list of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/news.ontario.ca\/opo\/en\/2020\/03\/ontario-closing-at-risk-workplaces-to-protect-health-and-safety.html?utm_source=ondemand&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=p\">Essential Workplaces<\/a>, and we\u2019re on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bereavement sector and any related goods and products are listed as essential (number 66), as are administrative authorities such as the BAO (number 74).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that this has been announced, I will be reinforcing to government our sector\u2019s need for personal protective equipment (PPE) and supplies in the bereavement sector.
