Le pr\u00e9sent avis a pour but de vous informer que la p\u00e9riode de renouvellement des licences est \u00e0 nouveau arriv\u00e9e et que notre portail est ouvert pour que vous puissiez soumettre votre rapport annuel de licence (ALR ou \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de formulaire 1) et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, votre rapport sur les soins et l&#8217;entretien (C&amp;M Report ou \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de formulaire 2).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D\u00e9lais de soumission : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ALR : Vous devez renouveler votre licence d&#8217;op\u00e9rateur avant sa date d&#8217;expiration, le 31 mars 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapport sur les fonds\/comptes de soins et d&#8217;entretien : Vous devez soumettre ce rapport dans les trois mois suivant la fin de votre exercice fiscal, pour CHAQUE fonds ou compte d\u00e9tenant des fonds fiduciaires de C&amp;M. Exception : Si le total de vos fonds C&amp;M d\u00e9passe 500 000 $ ou si vous exploitez un \u00e9tablissement fun\u00e9raire dans un ou plusieurs de vos cimeti\u00e8res, vous \u00eates tenu de pr\u00e9senter un \u00e9tat financier v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 pour le fonds C&amp;M dans les six mois suivant la fin de votre exercice financier ; dans ce cas, vous pouvez pr\u00e9senter votre (vos) rapport(s) C&amp;M en m\u00eame temps que votre v\u00e9rification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comment acc\u00e9der au portail en ligne : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rendez-vous sur notre site web \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thebao.ca\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">l<\/a>&#8216;adresse <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thebao.ca\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">thebao.ca.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit de notre page d&#8217;accueil, cliquez sur &#8220;Licensee Login&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous \u00eates un nouveau visiteur, cliquez sur le lien en bas de la page pour obtenir un mot de passe. Exception : Comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, si vous avez effectu\u00e9 moins de 10 inhumations et\/ou dispersions au total dans votre (vos) cimeti\u00e8re(s), les droits de renouvellement de la licence sont supprim\u00e9s, mais vous devez toujours envoyer votre formulaire ALR d\u00fbment rempli.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cette p\u00e9riode de renouvellement, les frais de renouvellement des licences seront une combinaison des frais de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (frais de base de 17,04 $, plus 13,63 $ par activit\u00e9 d&#8217;inhumation\/cr\u00e9mation effectu\u00e9e au cours de la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e civile 2023) et des nouveaux frais qui sont entr\u00e9s en vigueur le 1er juillet 2023 (30 $ par activit\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e civile). Ne tenez pas compte de ce montant et reportez-vous plut\u00f4t au montant du paiement indiqu\u00e9 dans la section surlign\u00e9e en jaune.
