Nous insistons sur ce point, car en retardant votre renouvellement, vous risquez d&#8217;\u00eatre en retard.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous \u00eates en retard dans le renouvellement de votre licence, celle-ci <strong>expirera<\/strong>. Si vous fournissez ou proposez de fournir des services sous licence avec une licence expir\u00e9e, vous serez dans l&#8217;ill\u00e9galit\u00e9 et vous et\/ou votre entreprise ferez l&#8217;objet de sanctions de la part du BAO. En fait, vous serez ferm\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que votre licence soit renouvel\u00e9e. Des frais de retard seront appliqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les explications les plus courantes donn\u00e9es par nos licenci\u00e9s pour justifier le non-renouvellement de leur licence sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ils ont oubli\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ils pensaient que leur sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique le faisait en leur nom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le responsable ou l&#8217;employeur a oubli\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mauvaises connexions internet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Solutions<\/strong><br> <br>La solution \u00e0 l&#8217;oubli consiste \u00e0 prendre conscience que, sans une licence \u00e0 jour, vous ne pouvez pas l\u00e9galement exploiter une entreprise ni effectuer des t\u00e2ches n\u00e9cessitant cette licence. Un tel oubli met en p\u00e9ril votre entreprise et vos clients, les familles en deuil qui comptent sur vous. Inscrivez-le dans votre agenda. Nous voulons que vous restiez en activit\u00e9 et que vous puissiez l\u00e9galement servir les familles en deuil en tant que professionnels.<br> <br>Pour ceux dont l&#8217;employeur paie les frais de renouvellement de leur licence personnelle, veuillez v\u00e9rifier aupr\u00e8s de votre gestionnaire\/employeur si votre licence a \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9e. Si votre employeur a appliqu\u00e9 un cr\u00e9dit de paiement pour le renouvellement de votre licence individuelle, cela ne signifie pas que votre licence a \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois que vous aurez re\u00e7u un courriel du BAO confirmant qu&#8217;un cr\u00e9dit a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9, vous devrez encore vous connecter au <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.thebao.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">portail des titulaires de licence<\/a> et renouveler votre licence. Lorsque vous arrivez \u00e0 la section de paiement de votre demande de renouvellement en ligne, s\u00e9lectionnez &#8220;Individual Renewal Credit&#8221; (cr\u00e9dit de renouvellement individuel) dans la liste d\u00e9roulante &#8220;payment type&#8221; (type de paiement) pour appliquer le cr\u00e9dit.
