Le contr\u00f4le judiciaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu par la Divisional Court le 29 mars 2023. <br>La Cour a rendu sa d\u00e9cision le 5 mai 2023 : Elle a conclu que le BAO \u00e9tait dans sa juridiction pour faire une constatation de fait sur les droits d&#8217;inhumation et a rejet\u00e9 la demande. Le requ\u00e9rant a pris des mesures pour demander l&#8217;autorisation d&#8217;interjeter appel de la d\u00e9cision de la Cour divisionnaire aupr\u00e8s de la Cour d&#8217;appel de l&#8217;Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#e8f5fa\"><strong>Mise \u00e0 jour du cimeti\u00e8re Headford &#8211; 19 octobre 2022 <\/strong><br>Le 1er octobre, le corps de Louis Tsotsos a \u00e9t\u00e9 enterr\u00e9 au cimeti\u00e8re Headford de Richmond Hill, plus de neuf mois apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9c\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>8 f\u00e9vrier 2022 &#8212; <\/em>Les familles qui ont des droits d&#8217;inhumation au cimeti\u00e8re Headford de Richmond Hill sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 communiquer avec l&#8217;Autorit\u00e9 des cimeti\u00e8res de l&#8217;Ontario (Bereavement Authority of Ontario &#8211; BAO).<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le propri\u00e9taire du cimeti\u00e8re n&#8217;est pas titulaire d&#8217;une licence et le BAO lui a ordonn\u00e9 de se conformer \u00e0 la loi.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cimeti\u00e8re, autrefois connu sous le nom de cimeti\u00e8re de l&#8217;\u00e9glise unie de Headford, est situ\u00e9 au 9550, rue Leslie, \u00e0 Richmond Hill, en Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous avez des droits d&#8217;inhumation dans ce cimeti\u00e8re, veuillez nous contacter pour vous assurer que vos droits sont respect\u00e9s par le propri\u00e9taire du cimeti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les familles sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 contacter le BAO \u00e0 l&#8217;adresse <\/strong><strong> Inspections@thebao.ca, ou en appelant le 647-483-2645 (num\u00e9ro gratuit +1 844-493-6356), et \u00e0 demander l&#8217;inspecteur Kate Dafoe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 propos du BAO<\/h6>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;Office des bercements de l&#8217;Ontario (BAO) est une autorit\u00e9 gouvernementale d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e qui administre les dispositions de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontario.ca\/laws\/statute\/02f33\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Loi de 2002 sur les services de fun\u00e9railles, d&#8217;inhumation et de cr\u00e9mation<\/em> (FBCSA)<\/a> au nom du minist\u00e8re des Services gouvernementaux et des Services aux consommateurs.
