Vous trouverez ici des conseils utiles, des informations et des r\u00e9cits sur la fa\u00e7on dont les actions de l’Office du deuil de l’Ontario (OBO) vous prot\u00e8gent et vous \u00e9duquent dans les moments de deuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s tout, nous sommes l\u00e0 pour vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il ne s’agit pas d’une simple ligne de marketing. C’est notre raison d’\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tant qu’autorit\u00e9 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e du gouvernement provincial, le BAO a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2016 pour prot\u00e9ger et informer les consommateurs sur le secteur du deuil, que nous r\u00e9glementons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ces pages, vous trouverez des informations pr\u00e9cieuses pour votre famille, comme la planification ou la planification pr\u00e9alable des services fun\u00e9raires. Vous d\u00e9couvrirez \u00e9galement les mesures que nous prenons pour prot\u00e9ger les consommateurs, notamment la suspension ou la r\u00e9vocation de permis d’exploitation de services fun\u00e9raires et de titulaires de permis individuels dans toute la province, afin de mettre un terme aux pratiques commerciales ill\u00e9gales ou d\u00e9loyales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces actions montrent \u00e9galement que le BAO prend la protection des consommateurs au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des professionnels attentifs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces actions peuvent donner l’impression que nous sommes toujours en train de surveiller une entreprise en deuil pour des actes r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En fait, les suspensions et les r\u00e9vocations de licence repr\u00e9sentent moins d’un pour cent des milliers de professionnels et d’entreprises agr\u00e9\u00e9s, bienveillants et dignes de confiance, que nous supervisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les familles ont certainement fait l’exp\u00e9rience d’une prise en charge exemplaire des services fun\u00e9raires pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis l’entr\u00e9e en vigueur des restrictions \u00e0 la mi-mars 2020, nous avons vu les professionnels du deuil de tout l’Ontario adh\u00e9rer massivement et strictement aux mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 rigoureuses. Ils l’ont fait syst\u00e9matiquement pour la sant\u00e9 des personnes en deuil et du personnel du secteur du deuil, tout en sachant que cela signifiait une baisse de leurs revenus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
