Lire l&#8217;avis original ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">17 d\u00e9cembre 2020 &#8212; L&#8217;Autorit\u00e9 des cimeti\u00e8res de l&#8217;Ontario a ordonn\u00e9 la suspension imm\u00e9diate du permis de l&#8217;entrepreneur de pompes fun\u00e8bres Bonnie Parker, de Parker Funeral Home Ltd. \u00e0 Morrisburg, et de <a>McArthur Bros. &amp; MacNeil Funeral Home and Chapel<\/a> \u00e0 Cornwall.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cons\u00e9quent, les salons fun\u00e9raires et Bonnie Parker ne peuvent l\u00e9galement exploiter, vendre ou offrir de vendre des fournitures et des services autoris\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 un cimeti\u00e8re, un cr\u00e9matorium ou un \u00e9tablissement fun\u00e9raire en Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le BAO a pris cette mesure pour prot\u00e9ger les familles en deuil, qui sont des consommateurs du secteur du deuil.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;avis de suspension imm\u00e9diate du BAO indique que Bonnie Parker et les entreprises de pompes fun\u00e8bres ont.. :<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>n&#8217;a pas respect\u00e9 les conditions d&#8217;octroi de l&#8217;autorisation d&#8217;exercer<\/li><li>N&#8217;a pas entretenu correctement les salles d&#8217;embaumement et d&#8217;attente comme l&#8217;exige la <em>loi de 2002 sur les services de fun\u00e9railles, d&#8217;enterrement et de cr\u00e9mation (FBCSA)<\/em>.  <\/li><li>N&#8217;a pas respect\u00e9 les directives de la sant\u00e9 publique et les directives du greffier de la FBCSA relatives \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les suspensions imm\u00e9diates, signifi\u00e9es aujourd&#8217;hui, ont pris effet imm\u00e9diatement. Les suspensions imm\u00e9diates ne sont prononc\u00e9es que lorsque le greffier estime qu&#8217;il existe un risque imm\u00e9diat pour le public.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le BAO a \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 de retirer les licences de Bonnie Parker et des entreprises de pompes fun\u00e8bres.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Proc\u00e9dure de recours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les titulaires de licence ont le droit de faire appel des suspensions et des propositions de retrait de licence en demandant une audience aupr\u00e8s du Licence Appeal Tribunal dans les 15 jours suivant la r\u00e9ception d&#8217;un avis ou d&#8217;une proposition. Le tribunal d\u00e9terminera alors si l&#8217;ordonnance du BAO doit \u00eatre maintenue et\/ou maintenue.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si les titulaires de licence ne demandent pas d&#8217;audience devant le Tribunal d&#8217;appel des licences, le BAO donnera suite \u00e0 la proposition.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avis du BAO au consommateur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est conseill\u00e9 aux consommateurs de ne pas acheter ou utiliser les services de Bonnie Parker, Parker Funeral Home ou McArthur Bros. &amp; MacNeil Funeral Home and Chapel, tant que leurs licences sont suspendues.
