Pour ce faire, la loi exige que les titulaires de licence soient responsables dans la conduite de leurs affaires et qu&#8217;ils exercent leurs activit\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi et avec int\u00e9grit\u00e9.  Le greffier a des raisons de croire que la conduite du titulaire de la licence est incompatible avec l&#8217;intention et l&#8217;objectif de la loi.
