Par cons\u00e9quent, le BAO proc\u00e8de \u00e0 la r\u00e9vocation du permis de directeur de fun\u00e9railles &#8211; cat\u00e9gorie 1 de Paul Taylor et des permis d&#8217;exploitant d&#8217;\u00e9tablissement fun\u00e9raire &#8211; cat\u00e9gorie 1 de The Baldock Funeral Home Inc. et de South Coast Funeral and Cremation Alternatives Inc.   <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 10 janvier 2020, le registraire, Loi de 2002 sur les services fun\u00e9raires, d&#8217;inhumation et de cr\u00e9mation (la &#8221; Loi &#8220;) a \u00e9mis un avis d&#8217;intention de r\u00e9voquer le permis de <strong>South Coast Funeral &amp; Cremation Alternative Inc.<\/strong>(num\u00e9ro de permis 1141) (le &#8221; titulaire du permis &#8220;) en tant qu&#8217;\u00e9tablissement fun\u00e9raire de cat\u00e9gorie 1.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;intention et l&#8217;objectif de la loi sont de prot\u00e9ger l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat public. Pour ce faire, la loi exige que les candidats exercent leur activit\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi, avec int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et honn\u00eatet\u00e9, et qu&#8217;ils soient financi\u00e8rement responsables dans la conduite de leurs affaires.
