\u00c0 partir du 1er janvier 2020, la loi interdisant la cr\u00e9mation de cadavres humains porteurs d’implants radioactifs sera modifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n

Les exploitants de cr\u00e9matoriums peuvent autoriser la cr\u00e9mation d’un cadavre humain porteur d’implants radioactifs si<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. il s’est \u00e9coul\u00e9 au moins deux ans depuis le jour o\u00f9 l’organisme a re\u00e7u l’implant ; ou<\/li>
  2. un d\u00e9lai plus court s’est \u00e9coul\u00e9 depuis que le corps a re\u00e7u l’implant, et il est possible d’incin\u00e9rer le corps en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9*.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n

    Le BAO, l’OFSA et l’OACFP se r\u00e9uniront pour formuler des lignes directrices afin d’aider les op\u00e9rateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer la section (b) ci-dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Les contrats de services de cr\u00e9mation doivent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9s pour inclure la formulation suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n

    1. une d\u00e9claration selon laquelle un corps humain mort ne doit pas \u00eatre incin\u00e9r\u00e9 si,
      1. le corps est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’un stimulateur cardiaque<\/li>
      2. le corps a un implant radioactif, sauf qu’un corps qui a un implant radioactif peut \u00eatre incin\u00e9r\u00e9 si,
        1. deux ans au moins se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9s depuis le jour o\u00f9 le corps a re\u00e7u l’implant, ou<\/li>
        2. une p\u00e9riode plus courte s’est \u00e9coul\u00e9e depuis que le corps a re\u00e7u l’implant et qu’il est possible d’incin\u00e9rer le corps en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ou<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        3. le corps est plac\u00e9 dans un cercueil constitu\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux ou contenant des mat\u00e9riaux ininflammables ou dangereux ou des mati\u00e8res plastiques chlor\u00e9es ou renforc\u00e9es par des fibres, \u00e0 l’exception du m\u00e9tal utilis\u00e9 dans la construction du cercueil ou du mat\u00e9riel d’accompagnement ; et<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        4. une d\u00e9claration indiquant qu’un corps humain mort ne peut \u00eatre incin\u00e9r\u00e9 que si l’op\u00e9rateur a re\u00e7u un certificat d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par le m\u00e9decin l\u00e9giste autorisant l’incin\u00e9ration.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n
