Bryce, previously of Gatineau, Quebec, has not contested the Registrar\u2019s Notice of Proposal to revoke her Funeral Director \u2013 Class 1 licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registrar Jim Cassimatis, who is also the CEO of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, had previously suspended her licence in July and August of this year citing past conduct and breach of previous conditions placed on her licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the BAO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) is a government delegated authority and not-for-profit corporation administering provisions of the\u202fFuneral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002\u202f(FBCSA).\u202fAccountable to the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement and the government, the BAO is responsible for the protection of the public interest.
