(Sales Representative licences still expire on the anniversary date of initial licensure.)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Setting up your portal account:<\/strong>&nbsp;If you have not yet set up your portal account, you would have received an email from \u201cOBIS Admin\u201d this past May, which contains a unique link to create your online account with the BAO\u2019s licensee portal. Individuals holding a Funeral Preplanner or Funeral Director and a Sales Rep licence would have received two separate emails.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Continuing Education courses:&nbsp;<\/strong>You can now enter your Continuing Education courses anytime throughout the year. Simply log in to your portal account and click on \u201cProfile\u201d in the menu under your name, then click on \u201cContinuing Education\u201d and enter your course info. No need to upload certificates of completion but hold onto them in case your name is randomly selected for audit purposes. For the BAO\u2019s Continuing Education policy and approved courses (including Category A or B designation) please visit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thebao.ca\/continuing-education\/\">https:\/\/thebao.ca\/continuing-education\/.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment for licence renewal:<\/strong>&nbsp;There is no more option for managers to prepay licence renewal fees for their licensed employees. Instead, each licensee will use their own credit card, or if their employer permits, their employer\u2019s credit card. The licence renewal fee of&nbsp;<strong>$244.47<\/strong>&nbsp;can be paid by Debit or Credit (Visa &amp; Mastercard).
