Anne Marshall is Prosecutor and General Counsel for the BAO. She received her Juris Doctor designation from the University of Toronto and was called to the bar in 2020. Prior to joining the BAO, she completed her articles with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council, where she represented the organization in regulatory and constitutional matters in front of the Licence Appeal Tribunal and Provincial Offences Court.
During law school, she worked for Downtown Legal Services in the employment division, where she represented low-income clients on a variety of employment matters. She also competed in the national Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot, where she won best oralist and best team awards.
