The Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) will continue to add to this list of policies, procedures and guidelines as a reference for licensees and the public.

The BAO has started developing policies, procedures and guidelines to better inform the public and licensees on a variety of matters related to compliance with the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002.

The list will grow over time.
