Howard Mammon

Howard Mammon has been the Executive Director of Toronto Hebrew Memorial Parks (THMP) since mid-2008. After graduating with a Bachelor of Law/Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia, he was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1996, and he continues to be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to his involvement in the bereavement sector, he practiced law in Toronto, with an emphasis on commercial litigation. Howard believes strongly in ‘giving back’, in education, and in best practices. He has already completed one term as a member of the BAO’s Faith-Based Advisory Committee, having previously served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Association of Cemetery and Funeral Professionals. Howard is currently Chair of the Jewish Cemetery Association of North America. Over the years, he has been asked to participate on panels and present to colleagues on various topics which impact bereavement professionals and the sector.
