Keith Persaud

Keith Persaud has worked for more than 25 years in the financial and capital markets sectors.
He has guided organizations to develop and implement effectiveness and growth strategies through structural and operational changes, revenue improvements and targeted cost management.
His executive responsibilities have included: finance; human resources; technology; risk management; strategy; and project management.
Keith is a CPA, CA and is currently a director on the boards of various organizations.
His most recent position was Chief Administrative Officer at the Capital Markets Authority Implementation Organization.
Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (now the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization).
He has also held senior roles at capital markets firms.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
