Notice to all Cemetery Operators:  New! Sample Cemetery Contract

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario is pleased to announce that a sample cemetery contract template is now available for use by Ontario cemetery operators!
 
This contract template was designed primarily for smaller cemetery operators that do not accept preneed (prepaid) services and supplies.  (Interment rights are not a preneed service or supply.)  We encourage cemetery operators to use this template, to ensure that their contract meets all regulatory requirements under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002.
