Notice to FD1&2s, Funeral Preplanners and Transfer Service Sales Reps: BAO licensee portal is back online

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario is again accepting your licence renewals.

We are happy to announce that our licensee’s web portal has been repaired and reopened for Funeral Director – Class 1 & Class 2, Funeral Preplanner and Transfer Service Sales Representatives to renew their licences. 

Managers: You may also apply renewal credits for your licensed employees if applicable, and download your Funeral Establishment or Transfer Service Annual Licensure Renewal (ALR) form. 

Please refer to our original message emailed to you on Nov. 1 for more details and answers to frequently asked questions.

We apologize for the interruption and welcome you to renew starting now. 

We have also extended the renewal deadline by two weeks to Jan. 15, 2024.
