The Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) will continue to add to this list of policies, procedures and guidelines as a reference for licensees and the public.

The BAO has started developing policies, procedures and guidelines to better inform the public and licensees on a variety of matters related to compliance with the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002. The list will grow over time.
Previous guidelines, which are still current, are also listed along with their original and revision dates.
