Pre-need Sales of Alkaline Hydrolysis Prohibited
Take notice that further to the Registrar’s Directive 01-007 issued on May 2, 2018: “Pre-need Sales of Alkaline Hydrolysis Prohibited”, please be advised that this prohibition is rescinded as of January 7, 2020.
Licensed individuals are now free to sell hydrolysis services in advance of need. These pre-paid hydrolysis services must be documented on the hydrolysis operator’s contract.
