Reminder and quick instructions: Cemetery Crematorium Hydrolysis Operators can now submit their ALR Form 1 and 2 online

The BAO is offering quick and easy video instructions to go with our new online renewal and care and maintenance reporting for cemetery, crematorium and hydrolysis operators.

As the main operator contact, you will be responsible for submitting your Annual Licensure Report (ALR) – Form 1 and your Report on Care and Maintenance Fund/Account – Form 2, online through our Licensee Login Portal.

The deadline for submitting your Form 1 and Form 2 is three (3) months from your fiscal year end.

Remember – Renewal fees are waived this year 

There is no renewal fee to be paid this year by BAO licensees, thanks to the provincial government’s COVID-19 support. The fee waiver only applies to licence renewal fees that were/are due between April 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021, inclusive.
 
To qualify for the fee waiver, you must renew (submit your Form 1) no later than March 31, 2021.
 
Upon renewal of your licence, you will be able to download a new operator licence for each site you operate. The licence need only be displayed in the main entrance of any office that is open to the public.
