Crystal Forrest
Crystal Forrest is an experienced strategist, stakeholder relations expert, and facilitator. Driven by her passion for empathetic leadership, she takes pride in providing results-driven leadership and developing innovative service solutions.
Crystal has held leadership positions in government, consulting, academia, and cultural institutions, and takes pride in building strong regulatory partnerships. Before coming to the BAO, Crystal led a team of senior policy and data analytics professionals as Manager of the Operational Policy, Business Intelligence and Strategic Planning Unit at Consumer Protection Ontario. Crystal also served as Manager of the Burials Unit and Registrar within the Ontario government responsible for burial sites, cemetery closures and abandonments and war graves.
Crystal holds a Ph.D. in Biological Anthropology from the University of Toronto and is a licensed professional archaeologist in Ontario.
