Pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002, the Bereavement Authority of Ontario designates that the fees set out immediately below are payable under the Act.

Note: For funeral establishment and transfer service sites with fewer than 10 death registrations in the reporting year, a $300 licensing renewal fee will apply.

–Cemeteries with fewer than 10 interments will continue to be fee exempt.
