The Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) is sharing this joint memo from the Chief Coroner for Ontario and the CEO/Registrar of the BAO.

The memo is to:

• All Funeral Establishment, Transfer Service and Crematorium Operators
• Ontario Association of Cemetery and Funeral Professionals
• Ontario Funeral Service Association
