Government now accepts electronic signatures on all forms

Electronic signatures are now acceptable to the government on all forms submitted in application of a burial permit, notably the Statement of Death Form 15 and the Medical Certificate of Death Form 16.  

Funeral Directors are also permitted to sign as informants on Form 15.
