The Instructions and the Application form PDFs are as per the provincial government’s changes to the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 (FBCSA), first announced on April 9, 2021 in this BAO Notice to the Profession. The changes are effective Jan. 1, 2022.
